What You need to Make This warm and cheesy Appetizer

Olive Oil
: To cook dinner the onion and sausage, i like to pick out a better-for-you oil consisting of olive oil.
Onion: choose your preferred onion variety and use it in this recipe! I always advocate using what you have already got, so that it will make this recipe as clean as possible.
highly spiced Italian Sausage: as opposed to chicken, this recipe requires spicy Italian sausage as a scrumptious, highly spiced addition to this dip.
Cream Cheese: make certain that the cream cheese is softened, so that this dip is simple to mix collectively. you could do this via leaving the cream cheese out at the countertop, until it reaches room temperature, or through moving the cream cheese into a microwave-safe dish and microwaving it for 20 seconds. That’s it!
sour Cream: The addition of bitter cream facilitates to bind this dip collectively. Don’t ignore it!
Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese: The aggregate of grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese provides a delicious, quintessentially-tacky flavor to this dip. I endorse the use of freshly grated parmesan cheese, to make sure the most up to date taste.
Garlic: I usually recommend the use of sparkling garlic, whenever viable. The taste is truely unbeatable!
Italian Seasoning: A pinch of Italian seasoning provides the high-quality taste to this dip, and flawlessly compliments the flavors of the spicy Italian Sausage.
Sea Salt: the ocean salt facilitates to stability out the flavor of this dip besides making it too salty.
solar-Dried Tomatoes: I advise using solar-dried tomatoes which are packed in oil, so that they've add the richest flavor to this dip.
Spinach: Spinach is packed with nutrients and minerals and is the right way to sneak extra greens into this dip. a few might even name it “healthful!” 😉

subsequent, warmness a solid iron skillet on the stove and upload in the olive oil and diced onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add within the Italian sausage and use a spatula to break it up into small portions and cook until it’s browned.
